im电竞官网-The Eighties gave us many things. A softer Mikhail Gorbachev, yes. But the suits were harder: big shoulders, big suits and even bigger watches. While power dressing has ebbed and flowed in the big menswear mainstream, it seems those watches are here to stay as Cartier unveils an archival relaunch: the Pasha de Cartier.
Ever since its 1985 inception, the cult classic was first designed for men but was soon co-opted by women as the collection gained traction. And for 2020, the noted French marque of exceedingly nice things has unveiled a new collection that coincides with a raft of new ambassadors that includes very well-dressed man Rami Malek, Hollywood scion Willow Smith, Honk Kong rapper Jackson Wang, recording artist Troye Sivan and Game Of Thrones star Maisie Williams. It's quite the line-up.
So too the watches. Remaining faithful to the original design, the Pasha de Cartier is a unisex collection that encompasses several metals and models, all unified by a round dial and a focus upon the classic (which is something of a Cartier signature, which is why everyone seems to want one). What's more, it's a solid alternative to marquee models like the Ballon Bleu and the Santos: two pieces that are Cartier signatures, and as such, very popular.
Though with the Pasha de Cartier, there's another design from the history books that'll take command. If the power suit fits.
